Vegan Potato Fritters with Creamy Yogurt Sauce |

Ingredients

2 potatoes

1/2 bell pepper 

1/2 onion 

1 tbsp cornstarch

5–6 tbsp flour

1/4 cup water (more if needed) 

Salt, pepper

Olive oil 

For the Sauce 

5 tbsp vegan yogurt

1 tbsp vegan mayo 

1 tsp Sriracha 

Fresh parsley


Instructions 
1. Grate potatoes, dice bell pepper and onion. 

 
2. Mix with cornstarch, flour, water, and spices into a thick batter. 

3. Fry small portions in olive oil until golden on both sides.

4. Mix yogurt, mayo, Sriracha, and parsley for the sauce. 

5. Serve fritters warm with sauce.  Puffer warm
